At their press conference, @AEPOhio said they had to do "targeted dropping of customers" in Columbus proper (and gave customers no notice) because of a storm like 12 hours prior. Even though the storm damage wasn't in the City of Columbus.Something is not adding up here.

@Russo4Ohio @AEPOhio why is my neighborhood being specifically targeted with blackouts? AEP deliberately cut our power at 2pm yesterday, restored it briefly this morning, and then cut it off again 10 minutes ago.I’m looking for answers and solutions. Not more excuses.
