  @MediacomSupport My entire development at Jefferson Creek in Frankford DE is experiencing several outages a week for several hours. This has been ongoing for weeks now and we have zero plan for resolution. We have to wait days for a tech lead to come to our home. Unacceptable!!

  @MediacomSupport And most of the time we only get like 5 or 6MB upload during normal hours I can get 1GB Down and Up from Metronet for half the price e of what I pay now. Your price points are way to high even if you could fix the slow Upload speeds to keep me our house around.
