@SCE Not a good sign prepping us for outages. How about daily alerts re: your efforts to 2x your ability to produce electricity or make your systems 99.9999% uptime and 100% redundant. You guys added capacity to about 1960 then gave up. Build plants - you sell power; make more of it.

@SCE posted a planned Outage #800143073 warning on NextDoor. I don't find a way on the SCE website to see if our service will be affected. Why can't future outage alert addresses be searched to confirm they aren't included? Personal notifications might have been overlooked.

@SCE Unbelievable. Spent hours setting up summer discount program. Called months ago. Finally had installed. Won't get benefit for a month after over 100 degree weather. Supervisor just called me calling me by wrong name and referred to wrong address. The system is broken.

@SCE Not everyone has smartphones, or computers, or are signed into your app. You neglected to warn people. People on medical equipment, people who need to cook, do laundry, etc. People who just bought a food, and had a lot of it go to waste because of a power shutdown. #dobetter
